It's all about infrastructure for week 7 of the Mitre 10 Cup and it's a good week for the top of the North Island. Wellington has a bit of a resurgence thanks to being the hub of the nation's infrastructure. 

Southland continues to sit at the bottom of the Power Rankings due in part to their airport and it's not good news for Hawke's Bay...
