Matt gets rumbled supporting the Blues over his "beloved" Highlanders

On Saturday night Matt's "beloved" Highlanders played the Blues at Eden Park and Matt claimed he was going to be supporting his home town team...

Little did he know Jerry was also going to be in the same fancy pants corporate box and snapped a pic of Matt in full Blues merch enjoying the home team's victory the side from his childhood.

Jerry posted the photo on the Matt & Jerry Show Instagram page and the reaction was not in favour of Matt. Former All Blacks captain and great New Zealander Kieran "Eye Sockets" Read summed it up in one word... "disappointing".

It will be interesting to see what kind of reception Matt gets when he arrives in Dunedin for the Highlanders home game this weekend...
